Vienna, VA, July 21, 2014 ─ Earlier this year, Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC (T&T) received a Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) award on the Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) contract vehicle, the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for small businesses.
Under eFAST, T&T is eligible to provide a broad range of comprehensive professional and support services in the areas of Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD) and Computer Systems Support (CSS). “This is a strategically significant win for T&T, and provides the FAA with an efficient long-term procurement strategy to acquire our varied services,” said T&T President and CEO Karen Trowbridge. Chief Operating Officer Chris Brandell added, “We’re excited about the opportunity to offer FAA the same innovative solutions we provide to other agencies, such as information analysis, database design, system and network analysis, and web site design.”
The contract has a 6-year base period with the option to extend the contract through September 2024, with a total potential ceiling of $7.4 billion for the entire period of performance. Although the FAA is the primary beneficiary of the vehicle, it is available for use by all federal agencies. T&T’s subcontractors on their eFAST team are Alterity Management & Technology Solutions, Inc.; Encentric, Inc.; and Wintel Strategies, Inc.
T&T is an award-winning woman-owned and managed small business providing premier information technology, data center operations, cyber security, and unified communications services to the federal civilian, defense, and health markets.
