Vienna, VA, Sept. 30 ─ Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC (T&T) is in rare company, making the Inc. 500|5000 list for the third year in a row. The list marks the fastest growing privately-held companies in America, and has included other previous triple honorees Microsoft, Vizio, Intuit, and Oracle.
T&T attributes their 2013 ranking on the Inc. 5000 to maintaining strong process-based accountability, rigorous cost controls and effective indirect staffing while still preserving a very scalable and robust infrastructure to support employees and clients. President and CEO, Karen Trowbridge commented, “We were able to offset some unplanned attrition with three significant contract wins, one at Fort Leonard Wood and another at the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau. Despite a challenging year, these wins added to our diverse customer portfolio, expanded our IT and engineering capabilities, and expanded our employee base.”
T&T’s executive team is especially proud of not sacrificing customer performance, nor achieving profitability at the expense of employees. “Our continued success is the direct result of our corporate commitment to provide best-value solutions with motivated professionals,” added T&T Chief Operating Officer, Christine Brandell. “We’ve managed our resources very carefully, and added some exceptional talent to the team over the past two years. I think we’re uniquely positioned for future success… for T&T and our customers.”
