McLean, VA – Sept. 23, 2015 /PRWeb/ –Trowbridge & Trowbridge LLC (T&T) is proud to announce that the company has been awarded the Technology, Engineering and Development (TED) Support Services contract with the Department of Defense Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Enterprise Information Technology Services Directorate (EITSD).

The contract was awarded through the NIH CIO-SP3 Small Business contract vehicle.
With an initial value of $42.5 million over 18 months, the contract’s services will include Systems Engineering, Service Design and Operations, Application Development, and specialized support for mission specific systems and applications. The overall objectives of the program are to satisfy EITSD customer needs for secure, accessible, and stable IT support; continuously improve end-to-end service levels; capitalize on ITIL, PMBOK and CMMI best practices; and reduce EITSD total cost of ownership consistently over time.
