Community Outreach – Giving Back
Trowbridge believes in the importance of being a good corporate citizen, and contributing to the communities in which we live and work is one of our core values. Strong and vibrant communities help us attract, retain, and develop talented employees. At the same time, the opportunity to participate in and lead social responsibility efforts allows our employees to make a positive impact on society.
To enhance our communities, Trowbridge develops and administers outreach and giving programs, partners with community organizations, and shares company resources in the form of monetary contributions and volunteer time. But our involvement does not end there. Because philanthropy is often personal, we encourage our employees to support causes that matter to them—and we provide matching funds for contributions to eligible charities/activities that promote beneficial and meaningful experiences.

Small Business Commitment – Paying it Forward
Trowbridge is committed to supporting the small business community and providing small business innovations for our customers. Through our Small Business Advocate Office, we actively pursue opportunities and establish business partnerships with small and emerging companies and vendors across all socio-economic categories—SB, SDB, 8(a), WOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB, and HUBZone. Our goal is to increase use of small business enterprises and maintain diversity in our supplier and contractor base. We also participate in various Mentor-Protégé programs, and welcome new strategic relationships.
