Telecommunications

T&T performs site surveys, design and testing, integration, installation, and operations and maintenance for small, medium, and large telecommunications systems used by federal defense and  civilian customers. We respond to user trouble tickets and requests for moves, adds, and changes (MACs). These tasks range from connectivity changes within the user base to alterations of core system capacity and delivered features. We manage Base Telecommunications Systems (BTS) for the Air Force, Network Enterprise Centers (NEC) for the Army, and a nationwide Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network for the Department of Labor. Major telecommunications brands and systems T&T supports include Avaya, Nortel, Digital Toshiba, Lucent Merlin, AT&T Spirit, Eagle Telephonics, and Executone. Our telecommunications support functions include:
