T&T WINS RECOMPETE OF BTS OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

VIENNA, VA, October 5, 2011 – Trowbridge & Trowbridge (T&T) recently won the recompete of its $9.3 million contract supporting the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) at Whiteman Air Force Base (AFB) in Missouri. The company has provided BTS operations and maintenance (O&M) support for the base since 2005. With this award, T&T will have the opportunity to continue its successful partnership with Whiteman AFB until 2016.

“This is a very important competitive win for us and validates our strong ongoing performance,” said Karen Trowbridge, T&T President and CEO. “We are delighted to continue supporting our Whiteman customers and the critical mission of the base.”

As the home of the 509th Bomb Wing, which operates and maintains the B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber, Whiteman AFB provides global strike and combat support capabilities to geographic commanders.
