Executive Leadership

Under the leadership of President and Chief Executive Officer, Karen Trowbridge, T&T’s senior management team is dedicated to the growth, stability and success of the company. Trowbridge and her senior management team bring a high level of professionalism and accountability to T&T. The shared management philosophy is simple: clearly communicate expectations, give individuals the tools to get their job done, erase impediments, and reward accountability and success.

Karen Trowbridge, President & CEO
Karen Trowbridge brings a record of success in directing complex projects from conception through completion. Her operational experience interfacing with stakeholders, customers and end-users has led her to develop solutions and strategies that achieve client goals and support the success of her company’s programs. In a few short years Ms. Trowbridge has taken a start-up organization and built a company experiencing exponential growth in the Federal marketplace.

Ms. Trowbridge began her career with RS Information Systems, Inc. (RSIS), a top 40 federal contractor in the country that provided mission critical support to the Department of Energy, U.S. Air Force, NASA, Department of Transportation and the National Weather Service. Participating in RSIS’ advanced training program for Management and Leadership Development, Ms. Trowbridge studied each major department and organization including, Business Development, Operations, Contracts, Pricing and Quality Improvement.

Gaining experience in overall management and specific expertise in strategic planning, business analysis and quality initiatives, she became the Deputy Project Manager of a User Support Team under contract to the National Institutes of Health Electronic Research Administration (eRA) before starting T&T.

Christine Brandell, Chief Operating Officer
Joining T&T in 2010 as the Chief Operating Officer, Christine Brandell is responsible for managing day-to-day activities of the company and for customer-facing operations management. Her primary focus is in the development, design, operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver T&T’s services to our Federal Civilian and Defense clients. 

Ms. Brandell spent the last 11 years as a Sr. Vice President for Wyle Information Systems and its predecessor company, RS Information Systems, Inc. (RSIS), where she was responsible for civilian operations and business growth.  As a skilled executive with more than 20 years experience, Ms. Brandell has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the IT and telecommunications marketplace.  She has substantial experience capturing and operating multi-million dollar, multi-year federal contracts and during her tenure at RSIS captured just over $1 billion in funded programs as well as a variety of government wide acquisition contracts (GWACs).  Ms. Brandell’s prior positions included senior management roles within the information technology industry including six years in the Federal Government and six years with Booz Allen Hamilton.  She is a Life Member of the Armed forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and Women In Technology.
